15 Health Benefits of Drinking Warm Lemon Water

WHY LEMON?
Let’s face it, lemon are one of the favorite all over the world and an essential food in the kitchen. There are many health benefits of lemon that have been know for centuries. Lemon not only helps boosting our immune powers, rejuvenating skin but also a very good digestive aid and liver cleaner.

Though, lemons are acidic to the taste, but are alkaline-forming in the body, which makes them great for balancing a highly acidic condition in the body. In fact, drinking warm lemon water has been my daily routine for coming to 2 years now, and it has made a huge difference for me.

HOW TO DO IT:
I highly recommend using fresh lemons, organic if possible. Squeeze ½ a fresh lemon in the glass with warm water and drink it first thing in the morning before any food, or workout, etc. For best effect, wait for 15 – 30 min before to have breakfast. Enjoy the benefits as below:
