8 Ways to Feel Good About Yourself

Feeling a little low lately? Here are some ways to help you to feel good about yourself.

1. Breathe….
Take a few slow deep breaths and you will feel rejuvenated.  Deep breath helps to calm us down as well as allowing the oxygen to rejuvenate our brain and all our organs, hence helping us to feel better, calmer and more confident.

2. Look after yourself
Looking after your body, mind and soul helps to boost your self esteem.  Yoga is one of a great practice to achieve this.

3. Eat the right food
Research says what we eat affects our mood. Eating healthy food helps us ….

4. Smile often
Smile is free and it made other’s people day too! Often, you will find others smiling back at you when you smile at them.

5. Keep a Gratitude Journal
The more grateful we are for things in life, the happier one can be.  It also help change your focus from a lack mindset to an abundance mindset.

6. Move!
Any form of fitness is good.  Getting exercises also helps strengthens your immune system.  When you body feel good, you will feel good overall.

7. Get Fresh air
It’s very important to get fresh air daily (especially if you are sitting inside the office or house for too long).  The best is to get to some park or nature places.  Morning sun before 10am is very good for vitamin D absorptions.

Meditate helps us not only to clear our mind, it also helps us refocus on what is important in our life.
